All massages are hands on time.
All massage sessions are customized to your personal needs. This session includes an initial evaluation and visual assessment. We will discuss your health concerns, personal goals, past injuries and put together an effective treatment plan that is personalized just for you.
Modalities offered: Swedish, Deep Tissue, NMT, Cupping Therapy, IASTM, Hot Stones, Sports Massage, and Prenatal Massage.

Couples Massage
